Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
• Order processing: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Delivery: Approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: A tracking email will be sent when your order ships.
• Multiple parcels: Large furniture orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.
• Address changes: Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Damage or missing parts: Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number and photos.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email contact@menlohomegarden.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and confirm whether the return qualifies under this policy.
Eligible items must be returned in resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging where possible. Items that have been used, damaged, modified, assembled, or returned without components may not qualify for a full refund.
For approved returns, we will provide return-shipping instructions. A prepaid return label is provided only when confirmed by our support team.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution.
