30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Contaminated Packaging – If the product arrives with damaged or compromised packaging.
- Defective or Faulty Product – If the product is defective or does not meet expected quality standards.
- Incorrect Item Received – If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Change of Mind – Returns are accepted if all conditions below are met.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return

- Reason for Return
Once your request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label within 1–3 business days, along with return instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 2: Repack and Ship
Carefully repack the product, ensuring it is properly secured.
Attach the provided order number to the package and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
Only items returned to the specified address with the order number attached will be accepted.
Step 3: Provide Tracking Details
Send us the tracking number for your return shipment along with your order number.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Returned items will be inspected within 2–5 business days after arrival.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers may request cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing an order.
After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
Restocking & Shipping Fees
- No restocking fees apply.
- Return shipping fees are not reimbursed, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, Menlo Home & Garden will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
