Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or supply chain delays, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Time
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the continental United States (48 states).
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.
Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted U.S. carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.
Important Information
While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays or lost shipments
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Unforeseen operational disruptions

We’ll assist you promptly with tracking updates and resolution.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, making changes or cancellations no longer possible.
To make a request, contact us as soon as possible at contact@menlohomegarden.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Area
At this time, Menlo Home & Garden ships exclusively within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping, including to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at contact@menlohomegarden.com, and we will provide your tracking details.
You can also track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or other household members who may have accepted the package.
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email for accuracy.
- Contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to confirm delivery details and request proof of delivery.
If you’re still unable to locate your order, email us at contact@menlohomegarden.com with your order number and the carrier’s proof of non-delivery.
We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or refund if necessary.
