The sectional is made with weather-resistant PE rattan wicker supported by a sturdy steel frame. The synthetic resin wicker is designed to handle outdoor conditions, including sunlight, rain and humidity, while reinforced frame bars provide dependable support. Each seat supports up to 300 pounds, and adjustable feet help keep the furniture stable on uneven surfaces.
The set includes thick seat and back cushions for comfortable lounging. The removable zippered covers make cleaning easier, and the splash-resistant fabric can be wiped clean or machine washed according to care instructions. For best results, cushions should be brought indoors or protected with a furniture cover when not in use because they are not fully waterproof.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
• Order processing: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Multiple parcels: Large furniture orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.
• Address changes: Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Damage or missing parts: Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number and photos.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, email contact@menlohomegarden.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and confirm whether the return qualifies under this policy.
Eligible items must be returned in resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging where possible. Items that have been used, damaged, modified, assembled, or returned without components may not qualify for a full refund.
For approved returns, we will provide return-shipping instructions. A prepaid return label is provided only when confirmed by our support team.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution.
